A 12th-generation Bahamian with a thorough knowledge of The Bahamas and the legal intricacies of real estate and property investment, Diane is President of Holowesko Realty and a well-recognized leader in luxury real estate. She is a Founding Member of the prestigious US-based Realm Global, and a member of the International Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. She serves as an advisor and consultant to international developers and has extensive experience working with government ministries and senior officials.
Diane earned an MBA with Distinction from Babson College, and a BA with Honours from the College of the Holy Cross in the U.S. She studied law before transitioning into real estate with an international company in the U.S. representing developers around the world. She left her position as Managing Director to return to The Bahamas. She completed the Florida real estate licensing, and holds the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations from the U.S.
Diane’s deeply held belief in giving back to the community has resulted in her life-long commitment to public service and numerous non-profits.
In 2023, she was conferred with the honour of Officer in the Order of Distinction (OD) by The Governor General for her civic, philanthropic, and business leadership. By Government's appointment, Ms. Holowesko has also served as Chairman of the Town Planning Committee, a statutory committee charged with overseeing the development of The Bahamas. She was appointed by Cabinet as a Member of the Advisory Committee for the Introduction of Local Government to New Providence and appointed a Member of the Ministry of Public Works Legal Drafting Committee.
She is the Founder and Chair of the non-profit STARS (Supporting Technology Access and Research for Students). She is a Founder and Director of Bahamas Hope Challenge (formerly Ride For Hope). She is the Founder of the annual Bahamas National Trust (BNT) Wine & Art Festival and was honoured with a special recognition by the BNT. Diane has co-chaired numerous World Championship and Western Hemisphere Championship sailing regattas in the Star, Sunfish, 5.5, and Snipe classes. And, in 1996, she was recognised by the Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta for her “contribution to the success of the games of XXVI Olympiad”.
Diane lives in Lyford Cay, is a member of the Lyford Cay Club, and is a former Director of the Lyford Cay Property Owners Association. She enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and sports.

A 12th generation Bahamian, Ann Marie's extensive knowledge of Bahamian law, in particular real property law, affords her a comprehensive understanding of the transaction process from start to finish. Her code of ethics and integrity, combined with her high level of professional service, has garnered her repeat clients and personal referrals over the years.
A Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Ann Marie was also awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, U.S.A., and the Bahamas Realtor Institute (BRI) designation by the Bahamas Real Estate Association.
Ann Marie received her B.A. in Modern Languages from the College of the Holy Cross, U.S.A. Returning home to Nassau after graduation, she began working in the Hospitality Industry at a world-renowned resort on Paradise Island. No stranger to hard work, she began as a front desk clerk and quickly moved up the ranks into the Private Club assisting and working with high-net-worth guests and celebrities, and was then promoted to various management posts. Recruited to open a resort property in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Ann Marie spent the following ten years pursuing her passion and opened several key resort properties in Freeport and Nassau/Paradise Island.
Starting a family, Ann Marie moved back to Nassau and changed course. The flexibility of selling real estate appealed to the family-oriented side of her and she became a licensed real estate agent in 1997 with the Bahamas Real Estate Association. In less than three years, having sold millions of dollars worth of real estate, she became a licensed Broker. In 2001 she was recruited as Senior Vice President and Broker of the Real Estate office in Lyford Cay and ultimately opened Holowesko Realty in 2004 with her sister Diane Holowesko.
Ann Marie spends her free time boating with her family throughout the Bahama chain of family islands. She is a Director of Holowesko & Company, Director of the Ride and Run for Hope Bahamas charitable entity and Director of the Bahamas Hope Foundation.

SUSAN HOLOWESKO LARSON

A 12th generation Bahamian, Susan Larson has extensive knowledge in real estate development having directed multi-million-dollar projects in both Nassau and in the Out Islands.
Susan’s twenty-five years of senior management experience includes spearheading a five-year, $20 million multi-faceted island development. Coordination and supervision of the project included expanded/upgraded infrastructure and building high-end rental cottages, completing twenty new structures in 30 months; management of consultant contracts and extensive owner-direct activity; and maintenance of project budget and capital expenditure. She was directly responsible for cash flow, site inspection, and valuation of work. She developed company policies and procedures and oversaw the company website and marketing initiatives. Susan also led and supervised the restoration, development and repurposing of an historic property in Downtown Nassau. She has in-depth working experience with Office of Prime Minister, Government Ministries, Senior Government Officials, and well-developed contacts throughout the Bahamas business and private community. Susan has exceptional team-building and management skills and is very adept at working with people from all sectors and walks of life.
Her professional experience also includes the responsibility of many aspects of management and operations in conservation and of national parks and working with international organizations.
Susan received her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross, U.S.A., and is the recipient of the Queen’s honour Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

Lauren comes from a Bahamian family with long and deep roots in The Bahamas and brings a wealth of business experience to the Holowesko Realty team. Educated in the United States and England, Lauren returned home to head up several development projects.
She was the Project Manager for The Island House, a 30-room Boutique Hotel, where she managed concept development, initial budgets and proposals, government approvals (Hotel Encouragement Act), building permits and contract negotiations, site planning & design, project scheduling and costs; and project manager for developments at Highbourne Cay in the Exumas.
Lauren is a currently a director of The Island House, and a director of Pangaea Bahamas Ltd.-- a residential and commercial development company.
Fluent in Spanish, Lauren has a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Sotheby's Institute of Art in London, England, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
She lives in Lyford Cay and is a member of various clubs and organizations.

Born and raised in Eleuthera, Ken studied at the College of The Bahamas and spent 17 years in the banking industry in Nassau while also acquiring a technical background and certification. Ken left banking and returned home in 2017 to establish his own business in Eleuthera and begin selling real estate.
