The 2-story main house features 3 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Each bedroom also either has a view of the garden, pool and patio area, or both.

The guest cottage also spans across 2 levels, with a large bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd level, and a lovely day room and kitchen efficiency on the 1st level. The cottage also has its own terrace and separate private access.

The property has a large terrace and pool area with wooden deck – perfect for entertaining, as well as garden space, rainwater tank, and back up generator. It also has air conditioning, an alarm system and an electronic entry gate.
