This custom designed home was built by a contractor with 30 years building experience in Florida. The walls are 5,000 P.S.I. concrete with fiberglass, from the top of the house, to the bottom with 2 inch dense foam added to all exterior walls, both inside, and outside. All walls, and ceilings, interior, and exterior are covered with concrete board, no drywall and all electrical is upgraded above code. .
