Ancestors of the two sisters were on the first boat of recorded settlers in The Bahamas and their family has been actively involved in Bahamian society for generations.
Diane began her real estate career in The Bahamas in 1979 with an U.S. based international real estate marketing company, advancing quickly to their office in Boston, Massachusetts as Senior Vice President of the company selling real estate for resort properties throughout Florida, New England, and South Carolina in the U.S. as well as in England, Spain and Ireland. She returned home and established Holowesko Realty with her sister Ann Marie Hall.
Diane successfully completed the Florida Real Estate Licensing Course in 1980. She received her Bachelor of Arts at College of the Holy Cross and Master of Business Administration at Babson College—both in Massachusetts, U.S.A. She is a Member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate and of the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in the U.S.A., and an International Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Diane has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, U.S.A. She is also a member of the Lyford Cay Club, the Bahamas Real Estate Association, The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce, and The Bahamas National Trust. |

Ann Marie was born in Nassau, Bahamas and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1983 with a major in Modern Languages.
Upon returning home to Nassau Ann Marie spent 10 years in senior management in the hospitality industry in Nassau, Paradise Island and Freeport, Grand Bahama before becoming a fully licensed real estate broker and a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association in 1994. She has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, U.S.A. as well as the B.R.I. designation by the Bahamas Real Estate Association. She is a Member of the Royal Nassau Sailing Club, the Bahamas Sailing Association, and The Bahamas National Trust. |
